If I had only one nougat to remember it would be Sylvain's nougat.Ethical, the quality (constance and originality) of their products, and their history conquered me. The shop overlooking the laboratory as well as on the conditioning room allows you to enjoy the handicraft manufacture (in the morning) of treats. the boutique/salon area highlights honey and almond: there are black and white nougat (at different fragrances: red fruit, saffron, pistachio fig apricot etc). jams, honey, fruit pasta, original creations such as the polisson and the nougat with the black truffle (melanosporum), ice cream, small dry cakes. specialion to the olive nougat and almonds to the goat of Banon.Thank you for the generosity of this house/ family, beautiful continuation!

the perfect shop for all lovers of nougats (white, black, fruity), cakes and other products, local (miel of lavender, country, chestnuts, gingerbread, polishes, fruit paste) or other (chocolate in bars ...). The welcome is warmest, in a simplely arranged shop, and you can easily see everything you can taste. We can even buy pottery.For those who discover sylvain products: I especially recommend lavender honey and polishes, as well as white nougat. all other products are of very good quality, and deserve to be tasted.
