Thai is our favorite food but for some reason we had never been to Siam Royal Thai. We live in Palo Alto and have walked right by it on University Ave a thousand times. I’m sorry we waited so long to go. The food is excellent. The ambiance is kind of a laid back Asian style which is nice for a very relaxed evening. No bling or distractions. Low noise factor on a Thursday evening. Prices are in the reasonable range given its located right in the middle of downtown Palo Alto
This restaurant is located in a prime spot in downtown Palo Alto right next to the Apple store! Parking was horrendous during lunch time (but go figure
I was shocked that this place was so cheap$9.95 for a dinner entree (curry) in Palo Alto!? I ordered the chicken pumpkin curry.
I wanted to give this place two stars but the bf told me not to, since his pad see ew was pretty good.
