A very special restaurant with all dishes using different fishes and cooking styles. The chef will have a brief introduction on his cooking philosophy at the start and then would briefly describe each dish before serving. Moreover, you can stay behind to share with him after the dinner. The first time I can have such close free communication with the chef. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We had such a fantastic evening dining with the team at The Shore Restaurant. Very informative, great local produce and enjoyed the wine pairings. All in all, it was an exceptional experience. You just have to visit this lovely, intimate restaurant. The small plates are out of this world, plus chef Bruce is super passionate about what he does and it comes through in the food. I cannot recommend highly enough. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
