we visit this place whenever we visit family, it is their native. fred has cooked an excellent steak, and I mean, it was cooked to perfection! Sunday dinner was also nice, next time you see yourself fred.
What can I say about Fred!!!!! One of life's really great characters. A smashing pub. Great beers. And he cooks the best steak anywhere in Kent. A MUST VISIT.
Friendly welcoming pub. We sat in the garden with our dogs and the landlord bought out water for them and put up an umbrella as it was very warm.
fred is an amazing host and the pub has an air of the good kind of nostalgie that they find only in classic films. would be highly recommended.
