The shrimp Tom Yamsuppe is delicious! It really hits a rainy day. If you like spicy, the soup has a spicy kick on it enough to make your nose runny (in the best way). I'd order it again. However AVOID the pad thai at all costs! My vegan friend and I have tried several iterations of this plate, and while you normally expect a sweet savory taste, the pad thai at Shima Sushi was far from it. It was sour and salty. The only reason I don't give this experience is a three star because the service was fast and the server was attentive.
Great quality sushi (the Mango Lachs Avocado role was my Fave) and the owner and cook gave us the best, friendly service we have experienced throughout the island!
Service was very poor in terms of how long it took to get our sushi over an hour. They ran out of wine. Sushi rice was too vinegary, but our server was nice
