We were looking for an Indian restaurant and came across this one on Google. It has good reviews, but unfortunately I disagree. We sat outside, on the street with through traffic with all the exhaust fumes. It had no atmosphere or cosiness at all. We were helped by a man who barely spoke a word of English. Later a hostess, who we thought was the owner, came to help us. She was very friendly and was able to help us with the choices on the menu. When we passed our choices and the children got the food, this woman left. The thing that makes the review not score high is the extremely long wait. We were at the restaurant at 19:00, because we have children and like to eat early. Previously this restaurant was not open. At 19:50 the children 's food was served and at 20:40 us curries. Really worthless. When I came to ask where the rest was at 20:30, I was barked off by the younger woman who was present that it would arrive soon. And that I shouldn 't come and complain, because we 've had 'starters '. By that she means the papadums. I don 't call that a starter but rather a small snack before your main course is served. She apparently thought it was quite normal that we were not served the food at the same time as our children. We ate our food quickly, because how do you keep your children neat and satisfied for so long? After all, they have had it for a LONG time. And whether it was worth the taste to wait SO VERY LONG? Certainly not. So not recommended.
