I really enjoy this place. The pizza is probably my favorite in Columbus. Sadly, I called on 05/11/22 at 8:35pm and was told they were no longer taking orders for the evening when they close at 9pm. I respect the hours are limited with this place, but 25 minutes is more than enough lead time. I would get it if it were 10 minutes prior to closing. When I told the girl who answered that I'd like the manager's info she immediately started saying they could take the order. At that point it was too awkward and made me feel like my food could be compromised since I was going to complain. I don't actually think that would happen, but I'm sure many can sympathize with feeling weird about ordering right after a minor conflict with staff. My hope is they will recognize this and fix it. Also, the phone connection in the place is very awful. You can hardly hear them when they answer. Everything sounds jumbled. I thought it was just my phone the first time but it's been consistent. I've ordered from them a large number of times. I still believe this is a top notch pizza but you may encounter issues with service from time to time.
