Unfortunately, I recently had a disappointing experience at this store. After I placed my order and emphasized several times that I wanted my Dürum without sauce, it was still served with sauce. This led to an unpleasant situation when I returned the Dürum. Unfortunately, the replacement durum I received was cold and simply inedible. It is a shame that such misunderstandings and problems arose. I have always had good experiences with this store before, especially with the friendly and attentive morning staff who do a great job. I hope this review will help improve the quality of service on Sunday evenings to prevent such incidents in the future.
Super delicious food, the staff is always very friendly and accommodating, I can only recommend it, it has been my favorite restaurant for years.
Dürüm perfect, fries perfect and the staff are very friendly and personable. The best kebab in Thun.
