The location is nice...that´s it. Although there was enough time for my wife and me to have a ice cream before the next guests would come we were not allowed to sit at the table my wife wished.This table was reserved for 8.00pm and we had 4.30pm,so in my opinion there was enough time to prepare two places again,but maybe not for swiss service.That would be ok if the service would have explained with reasonablility.But just going on with her work without looking up to your face and telling you you should just take an other table is in my sense for service just rude behaviour.Complaining this behaviour to the general manager and telling him that we were disappointed he just had an dishonest excuse but now it happened and there was nothing to do from his side.He was not really interested and arrogant.Funny and retarted was he also denied after i asked him if it is ok now if we can use this table for the next 30 minutes.The rot starts at the top.So we just leaved and would never come back.The reason we wanted to sit at this table was because it was the only free table with a sun shade on a extremly sunny day except one other table right next to an other with a pair and their baby whose air i did not wanted to pollute as i smoke.
Es gibt wohl kaum einen schöneren Ort, an dem man, an einem lauen Sommerabend, ein gutes Essen geniessen kann.Man sitzt direkt am Wasser, mit Aussicht auf das hoteleigene Blässhuhn-Nest, und lässt sich von dem stets freundlichem Personal verwöhnen.Das Essen war immer hervorragend. Von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert gab es noch nie etwas zu bemängeln. Auch Sonderwünsche wurden immer berücksichtigt.Besonders empfehlenswert sind die Fischgerichte, natürlich frisch aus den Bodensee.
Wir haben Hotel von Schweiz Mobil ausgesucht. Super Hotel - Schönes Zimmer - Liebenswerte, zuvorkommende Wirte, gutes Essen, Preis-Leistung super. Service aufmerksam.
Erstklassige Lage direkt am See. Und zwar wirklich direkt am See. Leicht verstaubtes Inneres. Aber gutes Essen und freundliche Bedienung. Preislich auch durchaus ok.
