Terrible place, the worst customer service we have ever experienced and missing items which they refuse to refund. Food that I wouldn’t even offer to a dog. The delivery driver HAMMERED at our door. My husband asked him not to knock like that as it would cause damage and was just totally unnecessary. At this point the driver totally lost it and shouted at my husband in front of the children and for the whole street to see. He called my husband a ‘f ing c t’ and told him ‘don’t order if you don’t want me knocking at your door, you’re barred’ before getting back into his car and driving away WITH THE FOOD THAT WE HAD PAID FOR!!!! My husband drove to the shop and told the Manager what had happened. The manager was rude and unapologetic. He gave my husband the food. When my Husband got it home though, there were items missing and the supposed chicken tikka shish was just normal chicken kebab meat despite costing more. It was also raw in places! We have whitenesses and photos to show to the shop but unfortunately they are not bothered. There phone is constantly off the hook. They have read but ignored messages from me requesting refund for our missing items which is basically theft. We paid and they didn’t provide! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
Poor service, and unhelpful. Ordered at 6.07pm tonight for delivery and was told 20 30 minutes 50 minutes later and nothing had arrived, so I called to chase and was told it was on it's way, and that he had left. This was clearly a lie as we live 4 minutes drive from there and he just fobbed me off! The order eventually arrived 1 hour late, and a hawaiian pizza arrived and not a farmhouse, leaving only garlic bread for a veggie, and was luke warm, but being hungry we had to heat it up in the microwave and gave up as it would be too late to eat. I wish I'd read the poor reviews before ordering. Get your act together, this is shocking and poor service and you will lose valuable customer I guess you can ill afford to lose.
The worst food i have ever ordered! Tikka meat was inedible it was slimmy and had lots of jelly like chicken pieces. Soggy chip and cold saveloy. Partners chicken burger was a basic shop bought chicken burger! Waste of £20 will never order from them again
They don’t understand what you are asking for when taking the order. When we got the food it was tasteless, the chip were dry and hard, the fishcake was hard and cold and even the dog turned his nose up at the sausage. I will never go here again
