I googled seafood restaurant and found this amazing restaurant in Ocean Grove!!! It was such a wonderful dining experience; quiet setting, outstanding service, friendly staff and exceptional food! We ordered the steamers and were blown away by the taste. Living at the Jersey Shore we have had steamers at many restaurants, but this was by far the very best EVER! They make the steamers in an amazing broth!!! Seriously divine! I ordered the salmon and they served crispy on the top the beurre blanc sauce was to die for!!! After dinner we spoke to the manager Rhonda to compliment her on the wondrous dinner we experienced. What a delightful encounter. She told us her sister is the owner and that their steamer recipe is from Boston which is where they are from and the plentiful portion of steamers was because they are Italian and generous with food. She told us they have been in Ocean Grove for 20 years, since we live nearby we were shocked we never knew about this great restaurant before. The place is romantic, quiet and just top rating. This will now be our go to place. So happy we found you!!! God bless you all for having such a beautiful restaurant in every regard. Even the bathroom was beautiful!!
Nice cozy restaurant located in Ocean Grove my has it changed!!! The Sunday prime rib dinner was fabulous !!!! The mashed potatoes crisp fresh green beans were just perfect.. The ceasar salad and dressing was delicous. Our server was so pleasant and accommodating. Lively shops were all around although sadly not all were open much to our disappointment. Ocean Grove is a dry town . So needless to say you need to call the restaurant to see if you change byob. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back. Very reasonable and we didn't feel rushed at all !
This was on our list of places to check out this year. We went on a Wednesday and it was busy and had to wait for about 40 minutes. They don't take your so you have to wait around. The menu is seafood heavy but there are chicken options. We got the halibut with lobster risotto, crab stuffed flounder and coconut shrimp. Everything was fresh and delicious. Entrees are about $28-$38 but they are BYOB so you save on the drinks.
The food and service was excellent. Can't wait to go back and try their lobster blt sandwich. We had an excellent brunch dining outside with our pup. They brought him a few bowls of water since it was a warm day without having to ask. We ordered 2 large salads had over a half salad left over to bring home. Looking forward to dining there again
