I lucked up on a reservation at Seagar's over the very busy Labor Day Weekend. It was literally the last reservation available for the entire holiday weekend. I think someone canceled and I stumbled upon the opening. I booked it but after reading some reviews I almost canceled the reservation but I didn't. I am so glad I decided to keep it. Lobster Bisque was wonderful as well as bread and butter, small filet and sautéed mushrooms. It was so good I went back the next night night and ate at the bar. I had the Lobster Bisque again, Tuna Tartar and Crème Brule. I had every intention in trying to find another seat at the bar on my third and last night but I was just to drained from a full day at the beach so instead I ate my left over filet and sautéed mushrooms in the room. This was my third stay at the Hilton Sandestin but my first time to eat here. I will make it a must do every time I am there from here on out
