Scotts Kitchen - Table reservation

The service May have been deliberately relaxed but in reality it was ridiculously slow. The waitress insisted on taking the drinks order first and coming back later for the food. When the food arrived it was landed on our table without any check bin with us and the empty glasses and cups were just ignored. The food was well presented and served piping hot but not better than any other decent establishment I’ve eaten in while in Edinburgh.

We sat outside and it was pleasantly quiet, the service was fast and very friendly and the food was great! We ordered the garlic pieces to begin, followed by their hamburger and smoked salmon. Just delicious!

portions were small, and not even warm enough. a few ok looking vegan options, veggie haggis isn’t marked as vegan but they said the could make it vegan on request. serve was definitely slow.
