the witness is just getting slapped together. that on the picture should be a hamburger. the pommes portion was an absolute sweat, only the bottom of the papp dish was covered. the darker becomes increasingly thinner and becomes expensive for this, so that both broth halves are already standing together, it is hardly any flesh in it.
