Savino's - Table reservation

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. We ordered a carbonara I can’t quite explain what we received but it was absolutely disgusting. Penne pasta covered in cheese and a few bits of overcooked bacon. Really shocking and greasy. We used to come...here a lot and could not believe how downhill the food had gone. Genuinely wouldn’t have served that to my dog. We also had coffees which were cold. Very disappointed.

Panini are made to order with genuine, fresh and not over elaborate ingredients to give that original...and satisfying taste. And they always welcome you in a warm and genuine way. It’s like going on holiday to Italy right here in Cambridge.

We had the worst customer experience in this cafe! My year old baby is just pushing a chair and playing for just a few seconds, when suddenly an old man at the bar, probably the owner, got iritated and rudely asked us stop! What...is wrong with a baby enjoying when they only got other customer than us? Ridiculous! We will never go back to this terrible cafe!

During the lockdown, we have been able to get takeaway paninis from Savino's. very high quality and tasty bread. pesto tastes so fresh as does the mozzarella. We always have panino Al pesto. Never disappointed. Friendly staff and very clear about the covid rules.

I come here very often as I work nearby. The food and coffee is incredible!! The staff are the friendliest around, keep up the good work guys
