Sarpino's Pizzeria

Guys, you know I left a review for the other location so this chain is one of my favorites because they carry vegan options. There are really really good. Again I placed an order and was surprised to hear that I wouldn't be able to get it. I called in to the location and I was informed that they do not deliver to certain areas. I have not had a problem before however, I was using Uber. Super sucks because Sarpinos offers free delivery and points when you order via their app. so customers can Receive rewards for every purchase. However the delivery areas are very small. Because I usually order a large amount from multiple locations, due to birthday parties, traveling, and just convenience of their store locations I decided to get their app. That's when I found out that I could not receive points if I didn't order directly through them, and I couldn't order directly through them because they don't deliver to Weston nor do they have a store there, they don't deliver to seven areas in Coral Springs, basically you have to be within a certain radius,, and the only way you can get food outside of that radius is if you pick it up or if you use a third-party service, which indicates you cannot collect or use points. I'm giving them four stars for Customer Service and for the food flavors. But I just want everyone to be aware that they did have a receipt point program, they do offer free delivery, however delivery zones are small. I would like if they would add more areas, or at least upgrade their app to allow scanned receipts so that all of their customers had the opportunity to claim rewards. This would be great for someone like myself who is always ordering from them. Most restaurants have a barcode system on their receipts that you just scan when you get the receipt so guys that's something to think about. As for the elements, l Sarpinos restaurants are not dine in friendly for large groups. They are mainly delivery or carry out and they have a limited space for seating.

Have not gone in person, but had delivery on 2 occasions, and the pizza tasted fresh and great! The pizza arrived hot. Great delivery/take out experience.

Pretty good pizza, their deep dish was good, crispy but just a little soggy in the middle.Overall good pizza in Miramar area
