Nice surprise. I have always been frightening that fast food joints selling sushi think that food may not be freshly prepared, or that it would probably be prepared for quality without much attention. But today, with my lunch overdue, I decided to turn on, although I would normally have avoided what I would have assumed, the assembly line would be food. I ordered the Aalrolle and the Seetangsalat. To my surprise both were delicious! The roller was made so fresh that the aal was still warm from the grill. The salad was a delicious revelation, seasoned with a delicate touch of sesame oil, and it was fun to eat with its unique chrunchy/chewy texture. Yum! I want to return to see if other menu items are just as delicious.
Sarku Japan College Park, Md. I ate in this restaurant the other day and thoroughly enjoyed myself. They had a line of people waiting to order when I got there but the line moved really fast. The food I got was great and there was a lot of it at a cheap price. The entire place was immaculate. People working there were quick and friendly. I don't usually write reviews but I enjoyed my meal and time there so much I had to write this one.
The chicken teriyaki is so good. Did it last night for dinner with brown rice and came for lunch today. I'm not a big sushi fan, but the salmon rolls were okay. I tasted better. I agree with a critic who said that this place is like a Panda Express with less on the menu. It was a good change.
Best teriyaki around the area. The only complaint is too little chicken. They put the meat on rice and vegetables so it would seem a lot, but the reality is that is very little meat. Also with extra meat!!!! Other than that, good food in there.
