I hardly ever leave reviews, but I just have to this time. The customer service is wonderful! Paris is very sweet and very well mannered! I could tell that she was a bit overwhelmed, but she still remained well mannered, sweet, and professional! I will be back to give a review on the food because I have not gotten the opportunity to try it just yet. I got my food to go, but I had to just leave this review because I was impressed!!! I will be telling my family, friends, coworkers and social media about this place.Edit: I will rate the food a 4/5, my shrimp were a bit soggy I’m not sure if it was in the water too long and that’s why and my lobster tail was a bit overcooked. The snow crabs were everything. Mixing the Sammy sauce and the butter sauce together taste amazing! Sides were delicious!!Side note: I will be returning because I heard the crawfish are the best. I absolutely love the customer service.
I ordered on line through DoorDash. My food was cold and I was also missing the potatoes I paid extra for. I called to see if I could maybe get them another time but before I could explain my situation to the person who answered the phone I was told we closed I asked to speak to the manager and the lady I’m the manager. I asked her name and she hung up in my face. Very unprofessional and rude if you don’t like people you shouldn’t be in customer service. I will be going there tomorrow when they open to talk to the manager who was so rude and disrespectful to me on the phone

My bf is here for workWe showed up right before closingAnd Paris her team was soWelcoming , she let us in and hooked us up ‘The team was so nice and had great customer service , they let us stay and eat , put music on while they cleaned inside and still checkedOn is more than once if everything was good .I even got dirty before going out and Paris helped me clean up ! She was soooo sweet !!We will be coming back again
