Sal Y Pimienta Kitchen

excellent culinary experience. we came to sal y pimienta for houston restaurant weeks. eating was phenomenal. the wine list extensive and sandro knows the wee really and can make great recommendations. the ceviche was so fresh, she reminded me of the ceviche I had in miami. the ossobucco and calf salttin were boiled to perfection and the hearty Chimichurri sauce should die. for dessert we have tried the chaja and dulce de leche cheesecakes both delicious and not excessively sweet. 10/10 all the way around!
