Saint Exupery - Table reservation

Despite the few customers, the reception was long. Decorating level, there is a strong untapped potential. About the kitchen: Nothing to say on the dish, the salmon in the plancha was excellent. Although the map shows the grilled potatoes in accompaniment, we had the purée (also excellent) However, for dessert, I am not sure that the pancakes are at home and the banana crêpe with rum is a rustic failure. It's just a banana cooked in a crêpe that literally bathes in the rum. The dessert would be much better if the banana was caramelized and flambée before being incorporated into the crêpe. If you want to burn all this at the table, a little alcohol is enough, but it's too much. No commercial gesture despite barely touched dessert.

Very pleasant frame in exposed stones, very kind, smiling servers, small customer care and 1 chef Surprising flavors, quality products both plates and glasses, The boards are to be discovered! I recommend

Already several visits to this brewery and never disappointed. Very nice reception, quality cuisine, a pleasant surprise with excellent desserts, and a very reasonable addition. We'll be back.

Good pancakes but long service and cold room, a few more degrees would not have been refused!!
