Unfortunately S & B's has been on a downward spiral for a while now. The last 4 times I have tried to go in to any of the locations the service is essentially non existent. Today was the last straw and I will never return to S&B's or its affiliated restaurants, hillbillys. My wife and I walked in along with a group of 4 and both were promptly seated. The next 10 minutes consisted of us waiting to be acknowledged, which only happened as I stood up to leave the establishment as this was the fifth time the service was no where to be found. As we leave a waitress asked if we had been seen and my wife told her no and I said we are leaving. She tried to take the drink order and also said she would get her manager, which I appreciated, however way to little way to late. We leave the establishment and the manager comes out a side door and tries to convince us to stay and he did a good job and I can commend him for his efforts, however, I declined the free food and apology because he had seen us sit down and I had made eye contact multiple times while waiting for a drink order, keep in mind both our menus were closed as we have been here before or have ordered carry out plenty of times. What was also aggravating is that two younger girls sit next to our table and before they can open a menu a waiter is sitting at their table chatting it up getting drink orders. I was done and am done with this restaurant, if you want to be treated with bad service be my guest but my money can be spent elsewhere where I actually get acknowledged.
We are visiting Oklahoma City for the week and came into town looking for a good burger. We found one. It's a small rock n roll joint. Plenty of beer and the burgers were great. The menus has a good selection and variety of tastes. Price is fair.

Great burger "joint"! They have an amazing rock hour (happy hour) from 2-6.
