Desafortunadamente estaban sobrepasados de clientes y nuestro servicio fue malo, más de 20 minutos en tomar orden de bebidas desde que llegamos aprovechamos y pedimos la botella de vino y agua y de una vez le pedimos primeros y segundos tiempos, no llegó el pan hasta que lo solicitamos y cuando llegó los aperitivos ya estaban fríos, nosotros nos servíamos vino y agua, pedí el molino de pimienta y no me llegó hasta que me iba a levantar a tomar uno que estaba cerca ya que no había meseros suficientes para atender la demanda de clientes, lástima que esto suceda en una cena especial de 14 de febrero donde lleve a mi esposa, esperamos que nuestra próxima experiencia sea mejor ya que es un restaurante muy especial para nosotros Saludos
The restaurant is located in a great spot with views of the Marina in Cabo San Lucas. The service was exceptional and very kind. The side dishes were delicious and consistent with what I have experienced at other Ruth's Chris locations. The steaks were cooked perfectly, but both the filet and the ribeye seemed to be of lower quality than what I am used to at Ruth's. Overall, I would not recommend dining at Ruth's Chris in Cabo, especially considering the price. Frogman Seattle.
We came here for our 31st wedding anniversary. I read all of the reviews and complaints and did not experience any of The negative feedback at all. We had an awesome dinner, very polite and attentive waiters and the ambiance for us was romantic with a view of the harbor. Don’t pay attention to the negative feedback. Those kind of reviews come from people who are not happy no matter what happens. We loved our dinner and were treated very special for our special occasion.
We really enjoy Ruth's Chris restaurants and have been to many locations around the world. In Cabo, the setting was gorgeous, the food was delicious, and dining outdoors was a blast. We had a great time people-watching along the marina and listening to the music from nearby bars.
