We had a reservation at 6:30pm. We were not seated until 7pm. When we sat down, no one came for our drinks order for a good 10-15mins. Then we placed our food order and after 20 min we were told there were no lobster bisque. My mom has a restricted diet and is only able to consume liquids so when we were told there was no soup, there was no other food option for her. Later, my husband saw our drinks sitting at the bar and tried to get the manager's attention, frank blankly looked at him and turned away. He stood right next to our table and was too busy watching everything instead of attending to tables when called for his attention. The service from the manager was poorly. Andrew, our waiter was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable.
Service was amazing. I know you guys are located in a casino but the smell of cigarette smoke was horrible. The ribeye was tasty just a little more on the medium side when I ordered a medium rare. It’s possible that it could be how hot the plate was and just cooked it more.
Very disappointing. We have eaten several times at Ruths Chris so i know what the service and quality of food should be. This meal i could have had at a Dennys!
we made a weeping. it was wonderful. sheldon, our server was top notch. eating was great and we learned a lot about Italian weeping. well done!
