In Ruby’s you can experience a culinary feel-good oasis! I was a guest with my girlfriend on Saturday and can really recommend it. To the appetizer we had the lamb back strips and the mussels in paradise, to the main course we had the Argentine cattle fillet (very recommended). Especially for Valentine's Day there was a black champagne that was very special (in good sense) we enjoyed the Rocco red wine. The service was very friendly and attentive, knew about the map and could serve us tiptop at all concerns. Thank you for the nice evening.
The food itself is and remains great changing weekly cards with dishes of all categories and good varieties such as dinkelteig or on request vegan cheese. Pizza like Pasta great. Unfortunately, you can't say that of the operation. We were ignored several times, the simple split of the bill was not possible for card payment, and only after we had crimped inside the group, who took the whole bill for the first time, was informed that of course no credit cards were accepted.
As always, the service was attentive and fast. The dishes have tasted very well again. Only the noodle dish could not convince as a main dish, it was a much too small part.
Was a nice evening at Ruby's. The food was good and the service was really great. Definitely recommend to anyone who is in Kreuzberg.
