"We stayed for a 3 day short holiday in Ueckermünde and, thanks to booking including dinner, had twice the pleasure to eat in Retsaurant Roter Butt. For example, there was a fore soup in which the vegetables were poured out, which was refined with small raftinesses such as roasted sesame seeds. To the main course there were fried Hafflachs on a asparagus vegetables with potatoes. The salmon was juicy and tender and harmonized completely with the asparagus that had been made with a creamy but light sauce and fried tomato with special flavor that gave the fish a special touch. The potatoes were refined with herbs. A good Riesling. Together, this court was really round! This kitchen team has truly succeeded in combining modern, upscale kitchen with ground-level regional (fresh fish) and seasonal (spargel time) products. And no matter whether gourmet or simply hungry guest: here everyone comes to its full taste! The very warm and dedicated Pesonal made the atmosphere perfect. Thank you very much."
