We received our delivery this evening, when my partner opened his burger the bottom bun of the burger was rock soild and burnt on the inside. We called restaurant to advise and asked for another burger to be delivered to be told we are busy and contact just eat for a refund. After the call we contacted just eat and the restaurant agreed to a refund of a meal. When we opened the milkshake it was like water. I also ordered cheese with my burger for a small cost this we didn't make an issue of but worth mentioning along with the above. As paying customers and sitting her waiting for the food I think their attitude was disgusting. I called back and mentioned the milkshake also and the man on the phone didn't care at all as I said you would think they would want to keep their customers happy and keep them coming back, again didn't care. I advised of the reviews I would be leaving and he said go on then! Shocking! Would not recommend here at all!
I'm not kidding when I say the best milkshake ever, they are amazing! I visited a few times during a week stay in Shepherd's Bush just for the milkshakes. The food is brilliant too, the best thing I had to eat was the hot wings, I asked for the hottest sauce they had as I love spicy food and it was lovely. My friend that came with me is a bit picky with what she eats and she loved it here too.
So, the staff short changed me with the expectation that I wouldn't want the 10p change back. I did. I don't feel tips should be expected and taken automatically. The grilled chicken in piri piri sauce and the mashed potatoes were good, the mango smoothie was excellent. It's cheap and quick.
Come randomly into this cozy place for lunch, they were incredibly sweet and service-minded and above in the hat we got the best wrap we have some ever tasted, but we hatched meat, dressing and salad all the way through. A heavenly experience
