I was there for an evening to learn how to make arroz al horno and of course eat and drink well at the same. A wonderful experience and extremely good arroz. I 'd repeat it.
All types of rice dishes here are excellent. The rice they use is unique, full of flavour and the best textures. Simply, one of the best places in Valencia for a paella.
