Rocacho - Table reservation

I made a reservation through opentable. I received the confirmation of the system. After minutes they called me from the restaurant to say that they had been entered by unreserved street customers and that they had sat at our table. I asked the restaurant to cancel the reservation through opentable. They didn't. It is clear that booking through opentable in this restaurant is not very good I hope that in others it will work. I reserve a lot through another well-known platform and I have never had any problems. serve this message as a navigational warning
