Location Central location, in the middle of Bürstadt in one side very close to the church of St. Michael. Parking around the Ristorante. Environment In a beautiful historical workshop. Loading from the outside. When entering, the entrance area is very dark. The eye has to get used to it for a moment. Then you can see dark wood everywhere and beautiful, heavy carved entrance doors. The building material also dominates wood inside. The work was retained and small seating give an original cozy character. The guest room was well occupied at noon and we took place in a side room. The table ensemble in white with light green middle ceiling, flower vase, atmospheric candle lighting, matching decoration with Italian wines and a piano in the corner, everything was harmonious. Service We could only exert a force that took over the entire service at noon. We had to wait very long until the menu came. Then wait until the drinks were picked up simultaneously with the food. The food was very long. The service only speaks very little German. Recommendations are not pronounced. There is no Italian temperament and hospitality. Food offers should be a lunch table from Monday to Friday. That's why we came here to find out that they were not valid for Fridays. So we took the leather-bound menu. In addition to Italian-Mediterranean dishes, there are also German dishes on the map. We chose the Tortellini soup as an appetizer (3,50€). It came in a deep plate, was not very hot and not exceptional. The Carpaccio Manzo (9,50€ could not convince. Very cold, very thick cut, with Rucco salad and hardly spices. Only the crowd could resist the price. The main dish of Ravioli Fatti Casa (9,00€ homemade with tomato sauce also tastefully had nothing special. Herbs were missing as well as spices. This red thread also went through with Pizza Cannavaro (6,00€). After the size we were not standing on the bill before shooting big. For a big pizza too small. Although well occupied, the dough was not crusty enough – inside still slightly unbaked and damp. The pizza was missing the pepp with spices and herbs. It is surprising that pizza order have awarded the 1st prize, for best pizza quality and excellent delivery service. Conclusion: Italian fiery temperament in service and food is not to be expected, but an atmospheric cozy restaurant
