While the ice cream is delicious, it is a bit pricey in comparison to the days of The Dairy King. But, with the higher prices comes bigger portions. Everything you get there is huge, which makes up for the higher prices. The service is good, just not the old mom and pop shop family feeling where the owner remembers your favorite treat from when you were a little girl. But over all, it's a cute little ice cream shop with ALOT to choose from. There is something for everyone.
My daughter and I came to grab some ice cream, we waited ten minutes for our order very politely. Three of the workers tended to another customer with a dog. Then I had to remind them of our order. Not one washed their hands and of course there was dog hair in my daughters ice cream. Just unacceptable, they caught an attitude with her because she didn?t want anything else. I?ve always supported locally but not from Richmans anymore .
