Beautiful hotel right on the Rhine promenade, room something came in the years but clean and well maintained, the staff at breakfast and during room cleaning very friendly, good simple breakfast. Too bad we found that on the day of departure no one was at the reception to ask if everything was okay in the 7 days, and such a good morning and a good home trip would have been nice.
The rooms are somewhat overhauled, but still well maintained and beautiful. The staff is great, especially the Senior-Chefin with its proud 92 lenzen welcomes the guests very warmly. Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5
