Rex III - Table reservation

We visited this place for the first time as friends have recommended it to us! My experience is very mixed as there have been several hiccups! The first issue arose when we arrived: we stood around and had to wait for a little while until someone came over to ask us for our booking and we quite frankly felt a little lost. I had booked a table for 4 but changed it to 6 the previous day. When we arrived they said they had a reservation for 4 and for 6 under my name and when I said that I changed it from 4 to 6 rather than making an additional booking, the waitress did not seem impressed and maybe even a little annoyed just pointing us to our table without saying anything. We then sat down and were able to make our order soon, however quite a lot went wrong: I ordered a pizza without the salami that usually is on it, but then I was served the pizza in its original form! When I pointed out that I had ordered the pizza without the salami, the waiter huffed and puffed and asked: "can you not have it with salami?" My response was obviously "no. I am a vegetarian!" They also wanted to serve us several drinks we didn't order etc. The food was really nice and also the ambience was lovely and unique! there were several problems, however this is possibly due to the place being just opened and all staff being new. Wrong orders etc are therefore understandable/ acceptable, however the staff should definitely be trained in being friendlier and making guests feel more welcome rather than making you feel like a burden...

we were here with 18 people yesterday. 2 points are only for the unflexieble behavior, which wanted to place us on 2 tabs only on the address real, one could assemble 2 tabs. from the menu we could not only choose from a din a4 sheet with some align. small special wishes were rejected. the food was still delicious, but the rest is not going.

eating was as always top and she location is really the hammer! this time the carnivals were among all cheerful and absolutely unfriendly! have also forgotten these commands and were completely uncoordinated! if these conditions continue to apply here, it was unfortunately the last time!

we were very happy. eat absolutely top, prices very human and also the service was super. we are not sitting on the table yet, our dog had already a drink. that the commands lasted a little longer was in order for us because the charge was full

we were totally excited. we did not even sit properly on the table, our dog had already standing a water cup in front. eating was super, prices anyway very cheap,) the staff very friendly. order took a little longer, but the bude was full
