the menu and the map are cleaned and lets you see local cuisine with quality products. It has nothing, the products are very mediocre qualities (the very bad muco bone with a ribbed or little present around the bone). the presentation of the dishes is minimalist. despite all the server was polite and very kind.
We took an aperitif board for both of us, very good. en suite two large salads one at the munster quite bad at all, the other at frogs,less well.The texture of frogs was very soft and a little fade.de plus the portion a little just and missing diversity.
