Restaurant le Chateaubriand

We returned to this restaurant this month having been there last year during our last visit to Les Eyzies. While the standards at many eateries vary from year to year this is still a great place to eat. There is a good variety of choices on the main menu and a daily selection of specials. The food is simple, well prepared and tasty all at a very reasonable price. The staff are friendly and efficient and the restaurant has a very relaxed atmosphere.Will definitely be going back when we return to Les Eyzies

Good, solid food, well prepared at a decent price and above-average service. We ate here perhaps a half-dozen times in six weeks, and the food never disappointed. Some of the soups were as good as we've had anywhere.

A tremendous lunch that was very moderately priced. Every item on my plate was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the food and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive to our baby.

Not a good start. We were told that we couldn't sit on the balcony. They were serving food there and it was not full. Closed - to us! Off hand service. Food ok, not special. Reasonably priced.

Had diner here with 2 adults and 2 children. The food was basic but well prepared and delicious! Would definately recommend eating here.
