We visited a good friend in Lüdenscheid. In the evening the visit to La Torre was on the short program Märkisches Land. We stayed with her a few years ago (she is a regular guest), meanwhile the restaurant has new tables and chairs, more chic and comfortable than before. Service: We were kindly received, you realized that the boss knows and appreciate our friend as a regular guest of the house. He also made suggestions outside the map. Food: Bruschetta as a greeting from the kitchen: Delicious. Appetizer: 1x Carpaccio: That was really good, the often scattered rocket on the Carpaccio was here among the meat slices; read well cut and eat. Main dishes: 1 x Doradenfilet with salt potatoes: That was good, the good friend satisfied, overall goes well on level. 1x Bistecca Gorgonzola with Tagliatelle: meat very well roasted, sauce tasty, slightly brown, okay. Valuation and half of the salad to fish and meat came fresh, tasty looking and pleasant natural, so everyone was allowed to fully refine to taste with salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamico. 1x Pizza Tonno: Yes, a good simple pizza Tonno is not so easy. This removes the overall result anyway. 1) Apparently there is no stone oven, the pizza had a high edge as from a pizza form that I don't like at all. 2) The ground was too stubborn. 3) Then there was something too much tuna on him or the lay too thick (love meant, but so much that it almost like tuna from the can in places); 4) no onions on it (I love very thin sliced red onions briefly baked in a stone oven on the toro, possibly a bit chopped garlic). Therefore check: Unfortunately only and a half Therefore overall evaluation food only 4 stars, 3.5 would be better for me because of the pizza, but does not go, so rounded. The ambience: Modernized, but in my eyes only an average place. Cleanliness: cleanliness.
