We were excited that this hotel makes use of local ingredients and features them in specials on their menu. During asparagus season they had several offerings to highlight the wonder that is white and green German asparagus. We enjoyed all of our food very much. My mother discovered a new mixed drink that she loved (the Hugo). The server was polite and solicitous. He forgot to bring a couple things when asked and was embarrassed. I think with a little more time and training he will be an excellent server. I came back in the morning and had tea instead of the full breakfast and was very happy with the loose tea and its accoutrements. I didn't eat the full breakfast available for 16Euro, but it looked good, complete with honeycomb.
