I wouldn't call myself an expert but I've worked in the hotel / eating out business for 40 years and this place is up there with the best. The usual caveats apply - eg. if you like quality ingredients cooked simply then don't eat here because what you get is Cheffing but the bottom line is that the raw ingredients are excellent and the chef fussiness adds something extra. The atmosphere is relaxed, of people enjoying themselves with the patrons involved and a friendly waitress. It seems to be part of a hotel but has a separate entrance and you must book in advance.
fondue good but almost too salty to our tastes. correct reception without more with a waitress who does not speak a word of English! We were expecting better considering the price and its ranking. There's better saas fee.
