You've got to say hello to the boss' kindness. very friendly, welcoming, warm. and my husband is a specialist in tartars, he has tested many restaurants in the Chaux-de-Fonds, this one is by far the one who does the best! everything is prepared in front of the customer, everything is fresh and adapted to tastes, really perfect! rösti are also excellent! I strongly recommend this place.
Nous avons mangé la chasse accompagnée d'excellents vins de la région. Très bonne qualité de viande, cuisine parfaite, cuisson et assaisonnements très bien dosés. Service très soigné. Personnel charmant et très compétant. Tout était parfait. Bravo.
La meilleure croûte aux morilles que je n'aie jamais mangé ! L'entrecôte de boeuf était excellente, tendre avec une super sauce au poivre vert et les frites faites maison, un régale. Je recommande vivement cette adresse
