Four of us went out to dinner in April on a Saturday night having been unable to book at the Golden Eagle or the Bella Capri. We did book in advance. On a busy weekend in Hockenheim that is absolutely essential. This charming Greek...restaurant is family owned and run. It has a lovely atmosphere and everybody there is charming, friendly and helpful. Our waitressfamily member spoke really excellent English. That was essential as trying to understand the German take on Greek dishes is, to say the least, pretty difficult. We ended up taking our waitress’ advice and having something akin to a meze with starters and a main course mixed grill and salad in the middle for all of us to pick at. We washed everything down with a red Greek wine recommended by the waitress. Don’t laugh, it was really rather good! On Saturday night the place was packed, not with the visiting racing teams, but with local German families. I think that says a great deal. I highly recommend this place. It is now on my list of restaurants to attend the next time I am at Hockheimring
I had dinner at the Delphi last week. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. So huge in fact that no one at our table managed to finish their food. The staff is very friendly. But on the weekend anyone wishing to eat...at ther Delphi should book a table in advance
Visited twice with family and friends while staying at a nearby hotel. Large menu choice. Big portions. We were served by ‘Anna’ who helped us enormously to choose from the menu which was all in Greek. I think. Lol Her recommendations were spot on. Now...a Greek food fan!
