Due to the Christmas celebrations season, most tables were arranged for large groups and it was not as cosy and quiet as it probably normally is.But still, food and service were great and prices moderate. High quality foie gras, followed by côte de bœuf or veal with great spätzle and home-made sauces. They even serve a trou normand (sorbet) between the courses.Would highly recommend, maybe not mid-December, unless you have a large group :-)
still a good reason to go for a walk in the northern Vosges: good reception, nice room, copious meal, friendly service, delicious at perfectly reasonable prices, and this little more so alsace of the north.
a good cuisine, a quality setting, a good value for money and a good team in, room and kitchen, with in addition to the beautiful season a terrace at the back of the restaurant.
Stayed at the hotel and dined here too. Absolutely lovely food and friendly family service. Food and wine were very good and we were glad to follow recommendations
