"I went there with some extended family members based on some good reviews. We got a table immediately at 12.00 on a Friday, and they took our orders for drinks. Then after half an hour, they came back to take our food order. However, it took them 1 hour to get us water and the drinks, the drinks came at 13.00 We had to wait another hour to get our appetisers that arrived at 13.45 I had ordered only a small bowl of soup to spare space for my main meal. I ate the soup hungrily within 5 minutes. It was 13.50 and we had been in the restaurant for almost 2 full hours and no sign of main meals. I am pregnant and this little bowl of soup obviously did not fill me up. I started to feel very dizzy. So I left with my husband, leaving our extended family members who kept waiting for their main meals. I understand it is summer time and they had fewer staff. But to let customers wait for 1 hour without water, and 2 hours with no real meal are just too much. They should just close their restaurant instead of keep making profit with so few staff. I hope the staff are not burnout by now. And they are also not vegetarian friendly. Would not go there again at all cost."
