we visit the restaurant on a very hot day in the context with a stay in the hotel. all the seats outside on the terrace were occupied so that we sat as the only two guests in the quite large restaurant. the waitress was so friendly to open the doors to the road even further, hoping that only a small brise will cool us all. while we waited for the menu and later for our food, we had time to study the coloristic paintings on the walls and the few remaining concrete and steel structures of the old steelwork. we also had time to observe a phenomenal that we have observed in other restaurants: if there is too little to do for the staff, they spend more time talking to each other than serving the few guests they have. the more guests came, the more attentive the staff became. we ordered two white carvings, which were served with a well-composed and well-tasting potato yurk salad. the meat was perfectly prepared with a beautiful crispy crust. all in all a good experience, and maybe we'll come back next time to the Diner time, when we'll get past the latest ones.
