Sunday evening order at 18.40. Statement: Unfortunately a lot is going on, but food is in an hour with you. 20.10 a.m., new call mailbox. After many attempts, someone goes to it: Sorry, a lot. We start with your order now! Food came then at 21.05 a.m., from warm one could not speak anymore! It's okay if it takes longer and you can adjust. But to give an hour of waiting time and then to deliver only after just 2.5 hours (and just because you've been energized in between times) just don't go!
