Terrible service this time round. Ordered over the phone for delivery, said 40 mins. 1 hour and half went by and still no food. We rang regards to see where our food was to be told by on the way in 10 mins and they will give us extra food for the late delivery. When food came, we had half of our food missing , no rice, chips or nann bread. Our balti had hardly any lamb in it, the chicken tikka was very watery more like soup. We rang up to explain we items missing from our order to be told we didn't order them , can we collect no one was able to collect, to then be told it will be another hour to drop chips etc off. Then we was told ok be 15 minutes and told we will have money back. To then be told the chips will be on the way. The phone got passed around the restaurant as they were making out they couldn't understand what we were saying. To then be told we were lying and didn't order the food again. Terrible customer service. Rude staff. We managed to get someone to go into the shop to be told money cannot be given to us nor food but a food voucher will be the only thing to give us. We definitely will not be eating here again. The food was not exactly cheap we paid £70 worth. Which is sad as the food is great when it turns up.
Had a delicious curry last night at Regards Aldridge lovely starter mixed kebab then the Tawa chicken Tikka my wife had a King Prawn starter in a delicious sauce followed by Lamb Balti every dish was so tasty can't wait to go back and thanks to Sam and the rest of the staff for looking after us. Parking: Plenty of parking available when we got to the restaurant but that was around 6.15pm but last night we parked in Morrison's car park for shopping after our meal.
We regularly dine at Regards. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they make you feel valued as a customer. The service is prompt and friendly and the food is delicious. Overall this is definitely my favourite Asian restaurant! Vegetarian options: Plenty of choice but will always cater to your palate. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
This was my first visit but certainly won't be my last. It was a lovely calm atmosphere, attentive service and most importantly delicious food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
