After giving then a 4 5 star rating, I will definitely have to downgrade it. The last two times, the pizza has been over done. Not BURNT, but very close. Asking them to cook it less did NOT result in the nice pizza they had when they first opened. That is not acceptable. Flavour is OK, but not as good as when they first opened. Regular sauce has a hint of cinnamon, while the no sugar added sauce has no cinnamon. I particularly sensitive to that. Also the last time I did complain about the over cooked pizza they said I would get a complimentary pizza, but that was not the case when I called in my last pizza order. I guess customer service is not held in high esteem any more. (still placed my order takeout)
We ordered nachos from here several times for $12. We get 2 orders all the time. This last time we got single layer where you can see the paper underneath. I could have eaten the whole thing myself where we used to share between 3 of us. We called and were told that that?s how they always make them. Lies!!! These were not all like the picture on the website or how they used to make them. Will not order here again!!! So disappointed!!
Red Swan is definitely one of the best pizza spots in the city, easily one of my favourites and the quality is insane. Their sesame crust is really what sets them apart imo. Highly suggest getting the XL pizza to get the full effect. They might seem a bit pricey? totally worth it; premium ingredients like this are not cheap.
Ordered for the first time last night, one of our friends had tried it once before and he liked it a lot so decided to try it, everyone loved, very tasty and lots of toppings, we will def be ordering again! I only managed to get 1 pic!! 6 16 pizzas for 13 people was a ton! Delicious!
