"this was a hit with my family because they gluten-free rolls for the burgers. I ordered a vanilla shake I wasn't too happy about. but overall I think that is a nice fast food source. the French fries tasted great, and they were hot and fresh."

longer check, but it is necessary. my family and I called an hour ahead and asked for 13 to be ready for 18 o'clock. we are told that it will not be a problem. at the arrival at 5:50 o'clock we see that the table is ready, although a very heavy woman told me we can't sit until the whole party has arrived. ok, comprehensible.6 o'clock all except one of the party arrive. I say the same woman, we're all here, except one. she says very rudely no, everyone has to be here. you have to wait. I wonder why we can't at least take care of menu and order drinks. she explained there is only one server and she can't handle it now....ok? 6:15 clock all participants. I say this beautiful woman, we're all here. can we sit now? she said no because she had to sit other tables, and now there is a waiting time. I told her we could have been sitting all the time. at this point, in a sharpened, because there is no reason why we had to wait. the table was ready for the entire time. after this frustration we begin to discuss elsewhere. during the discussion with my family, this woman says loud that I have her from the list because i people have waitung I turned around and told her that we are discussing it now, we let her know. After a few minutes she cries again, I have something to do, what they need to tell me what they do. it is 6:30 clock at this point and now it rushes the usa to make a choice if she could still sit us once. the load was underoccupied and that is understandable and we were patient. they shouldn't have accepted a big party if we wanted to keep that table. everyone knew what to order. we had six very hungry children. we decided to go because we felt that their attitude would endanger our customer service and our food! this woman did not work with us and had the most beautiful attitude. her name is nina. a hired man told us her name since she refused.

I love this Red Robin. My mom is 70 and has Alzheimer's disease. She's in the early stages, but has a hard time getting her words out, so I always order for her, but I also have to try to let her speak for herself, because it's important for her to do so. Anyway, my point in writing this is because she and I go to this location about 2-3 times a month. We always somehow get lucky enough to have Amanda as our server. Amanda is awesome. She knows our orders by heart, which I personally appreciate, because I was a server for 13 years, and I used to pride myself on remembering returning guests' orders. I'm not sure if Amanda knows that my mom has Alzheimer's, but my guess is she can tell there's something a little off. What I also appreciate is how nice and patient she is with my mom when she asks her questions; especially when it takes my mom a couple more seconds than usual to answer. I always do the extended surveys online, but I'm not sure if any managers at this location ever tell Amanda that she gets shoutouts. I hope a manager sees this and relays this message to her. Thank you, Amanda, for always being so great to me and my mom, AND tonight with my nephew and his double helping of mac cheese! My mom and I will see you soon, ready for our Diet Cokes, Keep it Simple, and Bacon Cheeseburger on a GF bun. Thank you!!!

we sat within 5 minutes on time, few customers were there at 4 o'clock. the waitress was nice and appealing. the environment seemed clean and the host was clean with the vacuum cleaner while she had no customers. the bottom would be the personal sitting on the ass, I had to get up to notice that we had to go. I think only 1 waitress mastered the place while two others did nothing. when we were gone, the one who sat on her handy decided to stand up and do something. that was good. the waitress was more attentive when we received food and had offered refill.

the dining room had only 4 tables filled, but it was 30 minutes waiting. they said there was only one server/bodier. on a Sunday night there must be more than one server. covid is no longer an apology for the workers problems like these, learn to pay their personal better, and they could have better retention
