We came to celebrate my Daddy's 70th birthday at our Victoria Tx location. From there when we came in, Jessica gave us the best service we had at ANY. She recommended us Brussel-Spruten and no one in the family eats them were FANTASTIC and we will definitely order them again. She kept our drinks and cookies full while we waited for our dinner. She let us know that there were some calls tonight and they couldn't sing? Happy birthday to my daddy, but she brought him the most delicious brownie and ice cream dessert to finish our night. Aubrey, the manager also came to us and took a family photo for us. We will definitely come back to eat here and ask Jessica to be our waitress. The food and the service were spectacular???????
We had several problems with our visit, although our server and the manager handled it well. The first attempt to get shrimp alfredo was a failure of burned shrimps with burned fetters. No problem has been replaced. We lacked spoons and tartaric acid sauce for shrimps and had to ask twice for them. I never got my supplement. The restaurant was almost empty, so it wasn't a problem to be rushed or chaotic. It seems the Red Lobster and has just fallen in recent years.
I hadn't been in a Red Lobster in a few years, because, honestly, the ones we used to walk on the hill. While I decided in Victoria to give it an attempt, and I am very happy I did. The place was very welcoming the food was very good, and the service was impeccable. My server, Serena was over everything. I never had to ask for something, the best service I had in a while at the ANY restaurant. I definitely come back when I'm back in town.
We went in today to celebrate for a new employment, and we absolutely loved it. The hostess and our server was wonderful. Charlene made sure we was taken care of. The manager came and congratulated us about the new employment. Thank you Red Lobster for such a wonderful lunch
