We stopped there by chance tonight, we were looking for somewhere to have dinner while on a business trip. The Italian waiter was took extra good care of us by translating the menus, since we don't speak German and he explained us the typical dishes of the area. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was amazing. I took the opportunity also to speak to the host for booking rooms for our future trips here in Rheda-Wiedenbrück and I can assure you I found a really kind person behind the counter in the reception, her manners were perfect and customer service met the highest of standards.We booked another table for tonight, as we enjoyed this place so much. We can't wait to experience it even more tomorrow night!
Breakfast with very small selection. The staff was rude and the attitude towards us has ruined all the resurrection. At dinner in the restaurant, I was accused of having ordered pork and expecting the meat to be hard and dry. I said; But as the waitress just returned and made me very clear that this was my fault she was so rude and the whole was very overwhelming. I and my travel partner were both very bad. The next day I asked for the boss, but was informed that during our 5 days stay no one was there. A promise from the receptionist to talk to the restaurant chieffin was not respected. I've seen NIE in a 4* hotel like this!
I visited the restaurant for a dinner at late Sunday evening. The waiters were very kind and customer oriented serving the meal after comfortable time. The roast saddle of vanison was prepared excellent and the price is affordable. All together I highly recommend the restaurant. I am sure this was not my last visit there.
Very nice hotel, the staff is friendly and very accommodating.At the room a point deduction, since the entrance to the shower was very narrow again.
