Very recommended for a special occasion, for companies or anytime. The ambience, service and food quality were beyond and beyond. Rated decor is with the book 'Wind in the Willows' on the grounds of the most impressive sculpture gardens I have ever seen, floors for sculpture. The weather, which allows the best location, is the outside seats at the lake. We enjoyed a nice afternoon dinner on the terrace in the middle of the Monet painting 'Water Lilies' setting, which is a surreal experience of itself. Starter: a delicious handmade cheese plate and multigrain bread with herbal butter. Main: We enjoyed a delicious fresh seafood salad, roasted asparagus and cut turkey on a homemade croissant. Everyone was very tasty. Surely we will return. See you next time, Rat!
Really great restaurant on the ground for sculpture. The decor is warm and rustic. The bar has a cool looking metal bar top. The cocktails have been designed with a skill. The food and service were excellent. Best French onion soup. Charcuterie Board served very high quality meat and cheese. Octopus could have been a touch more delicate, but delicious and beautiful presented. Seafood Risotto was creamy and super fresh (needs a pinch of salt to my taste). The chicken dish was perfectly cooked. Moist and crispy. Also beautiful desserts. The prices were a bit on the high side, but that didn't dry the packed house. The overall quality was excellent and worth the price. I definitely go back. Must reserve a table in advance.
From the moment we drove to the entrance of the place to a welcoming sculpture by The Rat, which shows us on our goal, it was as if we were in a fairy tale. Our waitress was personally informed about the menu and was able to answer our questions with ease. The food... scrumdillyilcious. I will share pictures of our meal where you can see the beautiful presentation. I really wish you could cost everything. Make yourself a favor and check it yourself.
The waiter was nice. It was a bit hard to hear with the mask that is understandable, but he would have spoken a little louder. The food was good. Octopus had great texture and well cooked, but no taste beside the Char. Duck was phenomenal if I ordered two. Dessert was also great. Would definitely come back. The atmosphere was amazing.
