Normally would give 5 stars, but tonight?s wait was unacceptable! There were 2 servers working but only 1 taking care of customers. The other server was busy doing what I feel was preparation for the next days business and wiping down all of the counters. This went on for at least 20 minutes. Thought this server was getting ready to leave as they gathered their keys and personnel items but finally came to the second window after numerous customers starting leaving due to the wait. Customer friendly yes, Customer Service No!
Now that the summer is coming closer and hot days are around the corner this place stays always busy. I just wish that they could keep the surroundings area much more clean and I hope that people could help to keep it clean too. The ices are delicious and not overwhelming sweet. I like to order the smaller size to try the other flavors. So far I have one favorite and it?s the strawberry ???? cheese cake. It has chunks of cheese cake and strawberries. Delish!!!
Everytime I show you around 10:30 when it?s ?open? till 11 they are always closing early how about switching times. Some of us value our time.
Great spot for a treat. Huge selection but they don't have everything they list.
